We have spoken to all those involved in the administrative processes related to death – from the individuals who report a death, to the legal firms handling bereavement cases and the financial institutions holding vital information about the assets and liabilities of the deceased.
This year’s research highlights a resounding desire for change from each of the three key stakeholder groups surveyed, with an understanding that each needs to see the perspective of the other to gain real insight into how process enhancement could fundamentally change the experience for all.
