IHT400 Explained: Easily recognise the forms you need when there is Inheritance Tax to pay, or if a deceased's estate does not qualify as an 'excepted estate'. 

Guide to Completing IHT400: A guide on the forms you need for your Inheritance Tax account demonstrating the correct procedures to apply for probate and paying the correct amount of Inheritance Tax (if there is any to pay).
