Meet the Exizent founders

Exizent was founded with the core purpose of trying to make the bereavement experience better for everyone involved. From the legal services firms responsible for managing bereavement cases, to the financial institutions that hold all of the assets and liabilities of a person who has passed away, to the individuals that have lost someone who are now responsibile for managing that estate.

From their own experiences with the process, founders Nick Cousins and Aleks Tomczyk realised the need for a solution that could ease the burden around the administration of bereavement, and in 2019, begun building a software to help streamline what was and, for many, still is a very fragmented and onerous process.

Since this time, the business has come a long way.

The video below explains how Exizent has grown and developed to help legal services professionals overcome the problems they face with the process which in turn, is helping ease the burden on those that have lost someone. Plus, hear the plans Nick and Aleks have in store for the future to continue to solve problems in the process for all the key stakeholders involved.

Exizent technology has been built to support legal professionals at all stages of the probate journey – from the newly accredited learning the basics of handling cases, to the long-established individuals and firms looking to change tact on how they manage cases to save time and money, while improving client wellbeing.
