“The software is also very intuitive, and the training received from Jake has been straightforward as a result. Jake’s ongoing review meetings have been particularly helpful in ensuring I am using the system effectively. I’ve also been impressed by how receptive the Exizent team is to feedback, with genuine willingness to develop and enhance the platform based on client input. 

“The correspondence functionality for generating mail-merge letters is another useful feature, which I am yet to fully implement, but I can already see the potential for further efficiency gains.
